Memphis, Las Vegas, Bozeman

By early November the end of 2010 had a shape. Not a wish list. A loop, on Delta, with the dates already chosen.
December 1, Memphis to Las Vegas, into the trip already booked to see a friend. December 4, Las Vegas up to Bozeman. December 11, Bozeman back to Memphis. Out, north, and home before the month was half over.
The note never said what Montana was for. It did not have to. One cold month, three cities, and a return that closed the circle. That stretch is the field note.
